What are the pool hours?

The Windsor Green 1 pool is open for swimming from April 1st to October 31st, 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The pool deck area is open year-round, but swimming is seasonal during those months.
Keep in mind that hours are subject to change based on pool condition — the board posts notices if there are any changes. You'll need your swipe card to access the pool gate. If you need a replacement card, the Community Management Company can help for a $25 fee.

What is the pet policy?

Here's the pet policy for Windsor Green:
What's Allowed: Only dogs, cats, and other household pets may be kept in units, provided they are not kept, bred, or maintained for commercial purposes. No reptiles, turtles, spiders, wild animals, livestock, or poultry are allowed.
Important Rules:
All pets must have current vaccinations, including rabies shots at all times
All animals must be leashed and accompanied by a resident when outside units — pets cannot run free or be tied outside
Walk pets only in remote areas, away from grassy areas near buildings
Owners must clean up after pets immediately — first offense for failure to clean up is a $75 fine; subsequent violations follow the enforcement procedure
Pets are not allowed in pool or playground areas
No food or water can be left for pets outside your unit or in common areas
Liability: Any damage to property or injury caused by your pet is your direct responsibility. You agree to indemnify the Association for any damages or injuries caused by your animal.
Any animal trained for attack is considered vicious and is not permitted on the property.

When does the Board Meet?

The Windsor Green Board of Directors are in contact with each other multiple times a week at all hours of the day. The Board holds official meetings quarterly, where online votes taken are ratified, and financials are reviewed. Old and new business is discussed in accordance with the agenda drawn up by the President, to which Board members can add items as needed. Drafts of the Board meeting minutes are placed on the CAMS portal in a timely manner, which the Board reviews prior to posting. The Board starts each quarterly meeting with a motion to accept the minutes from the previous meeting. Once approved, the minutes are signed by both the President and Secretary and then posted on the CAMS portal as Official Minutes.

Are the Board Meetings an "open" meeting.

Quarterly Board meetings are split into two parts an "Open " meeting and an "executive" session. 
An agenda will be published prior to the meeting. If a resident wishes to attend the meeting" Open" session and ask questions they are required to submit their question(s) to the board one week prior to the meeting so the board has proper time to have a definite answer to the question.  Discussion time will be limited to 15 minutes to allow others time to address the board.  Residents are encouraged to attend the open session even if they do not have questions to observe the process. Each open session will be limited to questions as time allows.
Once the board goes into the "executive"  session  residents will be asked to leave as this session is a "closed" session open to board members only and / or invited  vendors  or guest speakers.
